Employment/Wage Case – Prevailing Wage Claims – $1.6 Million Settlement

Our office represented a group of workers in connection with a construction project at the Freedom Tower. Our office established they were entitled to be paid prevailing wages which had been denied for years. The litigation was resolved in a settlement, approved by the Court in the amount of $1.6 Million for the workers.
