Commercial Contract Litigation – Jury Trial Verdict

Our office handled a jury trial in the Supreme Court – New York County involving a contract dispute with liability claims of $1,600,000 pertaining to corporate buy-out financing, amendment to the agreements and novation of contract. The jury reached a verdict in our client’s favor, finding there was no liability on the contract.
